The outdoor pool area is surrounded by tropical gardens.
I was incredibly frustrated with the lack of proper room service during our stay. The air conditioning unit was outdated and noisy, which made it hard to relax. the bathroom urgently needs an upgrade. it looked old-fashioned for a 4-star hotel. the parking situation was a complete disaster. not enough spots were available, which caused unnecessary stress every time we returned to the hotel.

The outdoor pool was a great hangout spot, and the variety of free activities, like billiards and tennis, made our stay even more fun. We also enjoyed the late check-out, which allowed us to relax longer before heading home.

Recommendation for families looking for value and comfort
The staff was really good, always going out of their way to help. On our first day, a free meal was offered, and we enjoyed an abundant dinner that definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, with great climate control, and we especially appreciated the silence rule after 23, ensuring we could relax after our busy days.
It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for the quality we received.

Recommend it for families with children
The beach was just a short stroll away and we spent a lovely time playing in the sand but also enjoyed the great swimming pool that felt like a little paradise too. The staff was super friendly, and one receptionist even remembered my son's name, making him feel special every time we passed by.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for the quality we received.

Ayia Napa beach vibes 🌊🏖️
Had a lekker time enjoying the spacious room with a killer view. Brekkie was a treat, and the staff were just fantastic! Got a free meal voucher on our first day, which was a nice surprise. Plus, the outdoor area was super chill for lounging and soaking up the sun.
Only issue was the parking lot – a bit tight and tricky at peak times.

The hotel impresses with its beautiful decor and luxurious feel, offering delicious breakfasts and a gorgeous, clean pool. Located conveniently near supermarkets and restaurants, it's a great spot for families. noise from nearby cafes can be disruptive at night, and finding a quiet room with a sea view can be challenging due to availability. A welcome drink upon arrival added a nice touch to the stay.

During my stay, I appreciated the variety at breakfast, especially the freshly baked waffles and pancakes, which were truly delightful. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions like the Thalassa Museum and the Mermaid of Ayia Napa, making it easy to explore the area. I did notice some issues with cleanliness and maintenance that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Just a good pick for a budget stay in Ayia Napa with value for money. The overall ambiance was decent for what we paid. Make sure to request a higher floor to avoid noise from late-night parties.
